26 year old Jana Murrell is definately no stranger to the pageant stage. She competed in the Miss USA 2005 pageant representing her homestate of Nebraska (this was her third attempt... her other two she placed first runner up both time). She also competed in the United States Miss Earth pageant back in 2007 before eventually winning the title this year. Good luck to her in the Philippines.
